Please provide correct address at time of purchase. Once your order has been set up for shipment or has shipped, we can't change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong or inadequate address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you quickly for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Periodically packages are returned to TV Locker as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to TV Locker, please contact TV Locker to make arrangements for reshipment.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds/returns will be given only within 30 days of receiving the item. After that it will be considered a used product and I will only give a refund if the product is faulty and can not be fixed or replaced. If returning an item please ensure it is in as close to the original condition as possible with all the packaging, including all the accessories, cables and instructions.
If the item is faulty, or incorrectly described or different than expected, I will gladly refund the full amount but if it is a change of mind I will only refund the amount of the item (I will not refund the cost of any shipping if it is a change of mind). If I receive the returned item in a condition that I believe is not original I have the right to refuse refund.
Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, return or exchange.
